Janet E. Danforth, CPF, IAF Assessor
Janet is a founding partner of Facilitator4hire. She brings a wealth of diversity to her clients as a corporate facilitator, designer of group process and facilitation skills trainer.

Janet's accomplishments include engagements with senior management and project implementation teams leading business planning, process improvement, issues resolution, JAD, partnering and community engagements.
Prior to founding Facilitator4Hire, Danforth was a senior manager of Leadership Strategies, where she was the lead instructor for their flagship course, "The Effective Facilitator." For seven years she was a partner in the organizational development consultancy, Moir Danforth Brandon Inc.
Ms. Danforth has worked with clients in corporate, government and non-profit segments, including AT&T, National Service Industries, Hartsfield International Airport, Scientific Atlanta, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Turner Broadcasting, Coca-Cola, Owens Corning, BASF, Cox Communications, and the Carter Center, among others.
She is one of the first Facilitators in North America to receive the International Association of Facilitator's "Certified Professional Facilitator" (CPF) Certification, and is one of the first five Facilitator Assessors for the profession of Facilitation in North America. She has conducted numerous facilitation skills training sessions at the annual IAF Convention by invitation. Ms. Danforth is the co-author of Facilitation4Results, Facilitation4DSDM Leaders, Facilitation4Status Meetings and Collaboration4Project Results, the first facilitation classes in North America based on the IAF's core competencies.
To stay on the cutting edge of facilitation thinking, Ms. Danforth completed the Practitioner and Project Manager courses in DSDM, the new Rapid Application Development Framework adopted as standard by the 58 Commonwealth nations and elsewhere around the world. She sat on the team to establish a North American DSDM Consortium of user companies.
